how long does it usally take once you ship a item to them to replace or repair is it before you get it back

well i shipped just normal shipping 7-10 days so i am sure they just got it prob a week or week and half ago

and the lady said a week to take care of it and prob a week for shipping so hopefully by the end of next week i will have it if not gonna give them a call
