Kicker PKD1 amp kit ditribution block question

I see that this kit comes with 2 distribution blocks. These blocks are listed as having 2-1/0 inputs, and 4-4 gauge outputs. Does anyone know if the come with the brass adapters to allow for 2-4 gauge inputs, and 4-8 gauge outputs?

I got the kit for $100 shipped, couldn't pass it up at that price. It's actually cheaper than what I would have paid to piece it together from Knu!
