Take a sub, an SPL meter, a burnt CD with a delayed sweep from 40-80 Hz and a sealed box that is larger than the Vas of the sub and measure where's it's the loudest (Note, you don't need to push the sub to its limits and Radioshack meters will only measure to 120 dB ...)

That will give you a rough estimate...but you need something that reads higher to get real RF values...
