Kicker L7 dosent get low?

ok i got two kicker L7's in a seald box right now and man that dont get low at all like if i play the song "late night tip" i cant hear any bass well very little you guys think if i cange to ported it will make me happy?

they are just seald like 1.25 cube feet

that's pretty extremely small for a set of 12's sealed even (assuming, since you didn't give the size).

i'd def go ported tuned low 30s or get a bigger sealed box. they pound in big boxes.
