Why would you want dual 4's? We run 2500's at one ohm on the regular.

Would they take the 1 ohm load all day with no problem on a stock alt and small second rear battery? How much power do you regularly see out of them at 1 ohm on say 13.8 volts?

2500-2800. With Imp rise you'll never see 2500w on that voltage at 2ohm nominal.

Yeah, I'm aware of that, and it sucks. How stable are they at 1 ohm? Do you have to set the gains extremely conservatively? Using my DMM would I set the gain for 2800 when there is a 1 ohm load or would I set it more conservatively? Sorry, for all this in your thread, if I have any other questions I'll keep them to PM.

You can set the gains to match your deck output just as normal.
