Kicker L7 10" d2 recone help

So recently i sold a mint l7 10" sub on ebay and the buyer damaged the sub and did ebay protection on me. Called Kicker and they dont do repairs or recones. Anyone know of a place that could fix it? i have 2 so i was hoping to fix it and try to sell them both on craigslist or sumn local.

Thanks for any help and to that a-hole in Texas i wish i lived closer.
