Kicker L5 vs. Rockford HX2

I am deciding between both of these subs. I will either get the Kicker S12L5, or the 12" Rockford Punch HX2. I am going to get two, they will be 12", I will put them in a sealed enclosure, and I will run them off a JBL 1200.1. Which pair of subs will give me the most SPL, hard hitting, loud bass, but also maintain good SQ. And also, what size sealed box should I put them in to get a loy of SPL but also have some SQ? Thanks

if u want my opinion, (which is worthless to a lot of people) id say kicker. i am allways hearing of rockfords falling apart a lot faster than kicker, in my opinion kicker just makes em better quality. and l5's are good too.

yea my hx2's also pound there *** off, but ive never heard any L5's so i cant really say which would be louder. As far as them fallin apart, my hx2's are being overpowered a little bit by tha jbl but sound to me like they could take more.

well 4 12's of anything from just about any company will pound like hizzel if u install em right, i just think the kickers will last longer. and just depends. if ur goin 4 spl go l5, sq proly rockford cuz the l5s are an spl sub.
