Kicker KX600.1 - JL10W6

I changed my mind about 30 times on what setup to go with. Was looking for a lower power 8 or 10in sub for my truck. Ended up going with a JL10W6 I found on here. Going in a sealed box. My buddy has a brand new Kicker KX600.1 (600@2ohms) new still in the box I could use on it. I've never used Kicker before. Would this be a good amp to use coming from Phoenix Gold Ti amps?

There's nothing wrong with Kicker.

Ya the paper is still in the box, says 720 watts I think. I doubt I'll be pushing it more than 500.

I see alot of people use Kicker, I was just asking as I never have.

Also, will the JL10W6 in a sealed box with the Kicker 600.1 have decent output? I know its not going to sound like 2 ported 12's but I would like it to have some bass along with sound quality.

i have 2 kicker amps and plan to add a third to my install. so yes i like them.

the only way to know if it is enough output is to try it. nobody on here can tell you what you'll think is enough output.

I know that, I just haven't been into car audio in years and wouldn't think one 10 in a sealed box would even be worth it but I will find out when the sub comes and get in it there.
