Sold kicker kx2500.1 works perfect for sale or trade

I was orignally selling it because i thought it was broke turns out its perfect, took it up to the amp repair place in akron to get it checked out passed all tests they said it was perfect, willing to trade this + cash for someting bigger or something that does the same rms at 1 ohm. Amp is rated at 2960 rms @ 2 ohms.

Thats the amp mounted above my solo x, willing to sell for around 500 + shipping, or would trade for bigger amp this amp + sx900.2 or money want something that does good power at 1 ohm

just a little FYI

your 2500.1 will run 1ohm daily all day long. i ran mine off 2 red tops and a 90amp alty and never dropped under 12v. it's efficent as hell and will TYPICALLY do at least 2500w even after imp rise assuming your box isnt horrifying ( a test on the zx2500.1 had it doing an active load of 2.2ohms from a .7ohm DCR load and 90% efficency).

as long as you have a halfway decent electrical it'll play all day 1 ohm and still sound amazing in the process. it sounded noticably better than 2 mtx 1501d's did strapped (not to mention noticably louder too lol)

if you've tried to run it at 1 ohm and had problems then it MIGHT be ur electrical. but i know mine did wonders even off a semi stock electrical

bump for nice amp. I was wondering, what are the holes on the solo x cone from? I'm guessin from slappin the coil terminals or summthin...?

nope hit the screws on the on the inside of the spair, i guess solox's dont take 2500 rms daily... very close tothe terminals. Sad thing is i cant push the speaker to the screws so i dunno how it hit them i never really seen it go in there far
