Kicker hyperflex 0 gauge wire for big 3 ?

Hey guys after seeing bikinpunk's beautiful job got me thinking. Can I use Kicker hyperflex wire to do the big 3 ?

Isn't the rubber too thin and flexible ?

Or you recommend something harder/thicker to do it with ?

Yea, seems to me there was a couple posts where people used it.

I chose the Knukonceptz KLM for two reasons:

1. Price was near half that of most 1/0 wire

2. (ties in with #1) This wire is meant for lower current loads, which allows for cheaper pricing, which is perfect for me since my setup isn't super-intensive.

After seeing the not so bad prices.......4/0 AWG welding wire crossed my mind for the big 3 with a grinded down ring terminal on alternator so i dont gotta mess with plastic peice.....but thats a big wire i might just use leftover 1/0 lol

What do u think??

I'm running 2/0 welding wire for big three. it works like a charm. i recommend it. very flexible.

Depending on your application, honestly, the KLM wire from KNU might be just fine for you. It's good up to 300amps I believe. Give it a look before you buy, because this stuff is only $1.75/ft.
