kicker cx1200.1

I was looking at a kicker cx1200.1 online and upon closer inspection i saw that it had 2 positive terminals and 2 negative terminals. its rated at 1200w rms. does this mean 1200w is being sent through all 4 of the terminals and gets divided when it reaches the subs? meaning each sub is getting roughly 600w rms?

my subs are 2 jl 13w3v3's 4ohm svc. if i hooked up the wires to their own + and - does that mean they'll be running at 4ohm? could i put both + wires and both - wires in one + and one - terminal and get the full 1200w rms out of it or will the other 600watts be running into the unused + and - terminals?
