Kicker CVX Box Build ...

Hey all!! So i am going to start building a box in the next week or so and have come up with an idea that i plan on going with, just a little curious as to how some of the board members feel about my design. Its going into a 1990 Chevy Caprice. Its pretty simple .. (4) 12" Kicker CVX's in a ported enclosure .. here's my design (pic below). Now I was planning on having the box set up as so -- the 4 12's on the top, and the port firing against the rear of the trunk. The Vent is 6" high 14" Wide and 20" Long and i would like to tune it to 32hz. Suggestions/Improvements? I was also wondering if i will have any issues with port noise? ..

so i went back to tha drawing board and made sum adjustments to tha box. i shaved tha box down a little, after building a box out of cardboard i noticed some issues soo -- HxWxD now is 16x53x22 compared to tha 17x55x22. i previously based my calculations on giving each sub 2.0ft3 but i now adjusted it to 1.75ft3 still ported and have come up with a box with a final internal volume of 7.124 this value includes all bracing and all sub displacments. any suggestions?? i really want to go ported. and styll want to tune this box to 32hz so im going to have to play with that as well. any thoughts/insights??? thanks!!!!!!
