Good budget sub I guess. Could be worse. What are your goals and whats your budget?

i had a pair, they were pretty nice subs. Very musical, but could handle power pretty well. A smooth 1000wrms with no issues to one will do everything u need from a sub.

My space is kind of limited so I'm looking for a nice set of subs to go into a sealed box because you don't need as much space vs a ported box. I'm planning on running 2 of these CompVX subs with a ZX1000.1 amp. I already replaced my front and rear door speakers with Infinity 682.9cf 6x8's. They sound great, just looking for a little bass to go along with the upgraded door speakers. Another question, I'll probably have to use a sealed downfire box enclosure for this install. Will the quality of the bass be affected by a downfire box ?

kicker subs like big boxes, u should look into infinity kappa perfects if u want a small sealed setup with that kinda power IMO. My kappa perfect 10 was great sealed

it'll help, but i mostly do ported so no use for it.

Yeah, I would do a ported box but I'd have to take my entire rear seat out (2010 F150 Supercab). My only option is a nice sealed downfire configuration or a custom made underseat downfire box.
