I have used Kicker comps in my car used in a free air set-up,and had good luck.
I have a boat install I am working on now and would like to use Kicker Comps because they work well with the free air set-up. Would kicker Comps be stable in a marine enviroment where only the cone is exposed to the elements? Kicker does make marine speakers, but don't know how these will work in a free air set-up.
