This is a rare opportunity to own a factory-built demo vehicle! This 1998 Ford Ranger was built by KICKER to be featured in the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas and has been used at shows around the country since. It has been featured in Truckin’ and Low Rider magazines. This vehicle would cost over $62,500 to duplicate and will be a killer deal for the new lucky owner.

The three color paint scheme is classic KICKER colors: Ferrari red, white, and black. The logos and colors are custom painted, not vinyl. The wheels are very shiny 17” Colorado Customs. The perfect ride height is achieved with independent front and rear Air Ride Technologies suspension. To make sure you’re looking good rolling down the road or parked at a show, there are two full sets of Low Glow underbody neon (red, blue, or purple together). Of course the absolutely INSANE stereo system is the highlight of this mobile show.

This was the first vehicle in the world to sport the 15” Solobaric L7 super subwoofers. The rear side windows and rear window were replaced with steel for a sick unique look, and to help contain the sound of the speakers while getting pounded with 10,000 watts of power! The locking Snug Top cover over the rear bed opens to reveal six ZR 1000 amplifiers around the top edge and six 240’s on the floor. There is a seventh ZR 1000 chassis at the back that has been gutted and lifts up to reveal a DVD player and an eight disc CD changer. Both can be controlled from the cab. The picture from the DVD player feeds a 6.4” rear screen for quality tailgating time in addition to another 6.4” monitor custom mounted in the dash. Below the rear screen you will see a row of buttons to control three more sets of neon in the bed for lighting up the goods (red, white, and blue). The white does a great job of illuminating the ten Optima yellow top batteries. These are charged by three 75 amp power supplies built into the amp rack. Perhaps the most intriguing and MIND BLOWING item in the back of the truck is the 6” diameter machined billet aluminum metal knob on the left side. This is a master volume control for the entire system! Very COOL!!!

In the cab you can’t miss the formerly mentioned six squared Solobaric 15”s. The Resolution series 6 ½” component speakers are built in custom kick panels for superb imaging and sound quality. They are augmented by Freeair 6X9 midbass drivers in the doors and an extra set of Resolution tweeters (color matched) at the top of the doors. A custom center console gives you storage and control over all of the neon in the vehicle. It also houses the KQ-5 preamp/equalizer/line driver. The source, custom molded just above the TV, is an Eclipse CD-8051 eight volt head unit with remote control. The deck controls the eight disc changer in the rear.

This truck was designed for one purpose to create excitement wherever it goes and has been very well maintained (always on display). It has slightly over 55,000 highway miles from driving to and from shows. It has the reliable Ford 4 cylinder (same as used in the new Thunderbird SC without turbo). The five speed manual transmission was regeared to get things rolling faster. A/C is ready to blast you during your summer cruisin’. Additionally, the seats are custom made tan leather. You will receive both white and the original tail lights. Also included is an engraved commemorative machined billet wheel key made for STILLWATER DESIGNS 25th anniversary, along with any extra speakers and manuals I have laying around. The only things noteworthy of attention a very small area of paint has been worn off from the cover rubbing on the back side of the bed and there are two small dings on the back of the tailgate (not visible during showing) and one 6X9 speaker needs replaced and I don’t have the free time to switch it out. These are all very minor I just wanted to be upfront about everything I see. All in all this truck is one of the nicest looking and LOUDEST DEMO trucks ever put together by any speaker company on the market. The new owner will be literally blown away! The truck is for sell locally, listing may close early. Any questions email me @ bamrhein17@hotmail.com Local pickup is available and can be arranged to be shipped anywhere in the USA easily at the buyers expense. Thanks for looking and good luck! I have more pics hit me up!!!

so you only want 10K for it? Hell i bet you could part all the system out and sell the truck and make double that back.
I highly doubt it. That's a lot of old, used equipment that won't go for too much. Plus, the truck would have to be gutted to get everything out of there, and wouldn't have a very high resale value. But anyway, no one here is going to buy it.

LOL right old used not worth much..... those zr amps **** shit up in a hurry man. I had a zr360 back in the day and that thing was a monster for a 360. Had it on a pair of 12's easy. Besides those zr1000's ebay for 300 a piece easy. Thats almost 2K right there. Then the 6 15's at 200 a pop, thats 3.5k... Besides you don't buy this to part and make money, you buy it b/c you get the time, work, labor and glass work that has been done to it for free. Only problem is that it was built around a Ford.
