Kicker 1500.1 vs Alpine m1000 not sure which to use

Alright guys I'm pretty new to this, but I have a kicker cvx 15" and these 2amps, a Kicker zx1500.1 and an Alpine m1000. The Kicker is a couple years old and I got it off a buddy, the Alpine I Bought brand new a week or two ago. I am very confused, on which amp is better for this sub, if you guys could give me your thoughts on which you think would be best to use and why that would be very helpful.

Alpine is less but clean power...the newer Kickers are dirty power...meaning wat more distortion and clippped signals.....if you want your subs to suffer run Kicker..if you want your subs to like you run Alpine
