keyless ignition

i have a 1993 chevy 1500 pickup. my friend is going to sell me some keyless ignition starter thing. im not sure of the brand. but anyways are these universal or does it matter on which one you get? also is it hard to install yourself? are there any tutorials online of it?

remote start: take it to a shop to get installed.

yes you need tools, and it might be over your head. because you are playing with something that can start your truck.. and cutting into high amperage wires..

haha this makes me laugh. all you need tools wise is a curling iron and a duct tape. take it to an installer because of the questions you have asked. PLEASE!!
