Kenwood?

I just got two kenwood 12's but they are three or four years old. They sounded fine but I was wondering what the expected life of subs usually is?

Well I would think a sub would last forever ( = p ) , if it didnt get used.So i guess it would all depend on how the sub was treated. Freq,gains, watts,etc over the years

is what would determine it life time.Being three or four years old, I would'nt go all out SPL with them.Hopefully they'll last till an upgrade.Over the last systems (3) ,ive had

only 1 set of subs acctually blow on me.My last pair , the alum eclipse dvc12's.But it

was totally my fault, = [ over powered them. Anywho good luck.
