Kenwood

I think Kenwood subs are of decent quality. There are other subs of better quality but are much more expensive. My friend owns some kenwood subs and they sound rather nice, only problem is, is that the dumbass has too much wire running around his blazer which takes away from sound quality. So, in my opinion, kenwoods are worth buying if you are on a limited budget. Also, I own Kenwood ExCelon 6x9's (300watts) and those things sound superb for 6x9's. A little different prospect from subs....but still..also, it depends on what kind of kenwood subs you buy...there are some shiesty ones out there.

Kenwood speakers aint all that good. I had some of there subs before and they sucked ***. So i would stay away from them, spend a little more money and get some better stuff.

no matter what you buy there will always be better and there will always be worse. and there will be a line of people to tell you both. i have 2 KFCW3003 12" 4ohm SVC and am happy with them. they are a pretty good mix of spl and sq if given the proper amount of power. they are great especially considering the little amount of money needed to purchase them. put them in a sealed box (1.25 per sub) and give them alittle more watts than their RMS rating with a clean amp. of course if i had the money i would buy better and some day i will. but, for now they are great. i'll shut up now.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

hey bro quick question to ask you i just bought those same subs brand new, the amp you have does it power them fine, i'm looking to power my subs the w3003's, for like under 150.00, possible 200.00, any ideas man? Do the subs hit decent or did i just get suckered?

the kenwood subs work best when given about 200w rms to each sub. they will boom pretty good with a 50w amp but they will sound sloppy. for a tighter and more precise bass hit you need to give them the proper amount of power. 200w like i said earlier.
