Kenwood XXV03a Error -03

My mono amp model XXV003a is going into protect mode with an error -03 on the display, and yes the flashing protct light.

Any ideas?

Sometimes it will reset. if I keep the input down it will run fine for a while,.

Looks like it was just a fuse. Even tyhough the fuse Ohmed out fine.
