Kenwood X600F and X1200M ? Good choice?

Hi. Im from Brazil and im going to US on new years day, and im planing to buy Amplifiers for my set.

My player is a Kenwood DDX 814

Im using 4 speakers 70rms each.

And a 700rms sub dual 4ohms.

I was thinking in buy a Clarion APX 4361, but, i found the Kenwood X600F and X1200M, and i was wondering in buy both, because both looks like the same, and both has nice spec and feats.

Do you guys have any opinion?

$250 is the max value for each one.
