Kenwood PS/SS Ref/Kicker ZR/Crossfire CFA

I am about to start a small OS build aimed more of SQ than loudness. I have chosen these brands/series for a reason and they are listed in my preferred order. In total I need 3-5 channels total and this can be a mix of monos-2 channels-4 channels.

1. Kenwood PS - 200/300/400 - Looking for the series with the raised heatsink and controls on the side, not the top

2. SS Ref - Up to a Ref700

3. Kicker ZR - Up to a zr600

4. Crossfire CFA - Up to a CFA 1000

I know there are a couple of CFA's posted on here and a Ref as well but I am going to hold out to find the PS if possible.
