Kenwood KL 888X home tower 5 way speaker only playing woofers

I have 4 of these in my shop so i can have a little music while working, ran off a big 4 channel pioneer rack amp. 1 of the speakers has quit playing everything, only the woofer plays the lower ranges so it has no highs or anything above 200 hz really. Ive taken it apart and verified everything is hooked up, all the speakers and tweeters test good, and nothing is burnt on the crossover or potentiometer. Other than that, i dont know much about these speakers or the crossover networks inside them. Can someone offer some help? Heres a video of a guy who has 2 in his house i found for reference.

Lol...I've had my share of Kabuki's, iirc I had those exact ones! They get loud but sound like absolute asshole...

One of two things are the source of the issue: Potentiometers and Crossovers. I'm 95% sure it's the potentiometers. While they are playing, twist the potentiometers back and forth and see if the other speakers cut in or out. If they do, you've got your problem. If they don't, they still may be your problem. Try bypassing the potentiometers and if you still don't hear anything, it's your crossovers. From there, you'll have to probe all the components to see if they read correctly. When crossovers in speakers go bad, they don't usually "blow up". You won't know they're bad, unless the capacitors bulge or leak.

But like I said, it's probably the potentiometers, I'd almost be willing to bet money on it. If the drivers make noise when you twist the potentiometers, then go to an electronics store and buy some deoxit and lube them properly once a week for a few weeks in a row. Those speakers aren't really worth spending money on though, so it's up to you if you want to fix 'em...

They do nothing when i twist the pots. On the crossover inside they have a output for everything, and the potentiometer has 4 wires coming out of it that go into the board in spots labeled 1 2 3 4. Everything else is labeled T+ T- W+ W- etc etc. How would i bypass the pots?

The potentiometers have a pair of wires coming to them, and a pair of wires coming from them. I would think that you should be able to find out which is which by clipping the wires (if soldered) and testing each wire for resistance. The pair of wires with resistance would be the wires going to the potentiometer. Connect them with the other pair of wires directly.
