i finally bit the bullet and orderd 1 today,been searching the forum for a good quality deck with all the features i wanted but did not get no response,anyway anybody got any feedback on these units yet,i hear they really nice,usb,and 512mb of internal flash memory.

You are going to love it! I have the X-990 It is such a beautiful deck, and the sq is so good. I have been nothing but impressed with it. It will take some time to figure it out and get it all tweeked the way you want it, but when you do shazamm! These two decks are very similar. yeah i should get it tommorrow,only thing i can see is they are a bit pricey,but you get wat you pay for,i got a kdc-635 now and i like it,so 991 should fit in with me great,i like the idea of ripping music to the hu.

I like mine.It took alittle time to get used to not having all the buttons on the bottom.Still havent figured out how to preset the radio stations but i only listen to one so it dont matter really.The only thing i dont like is you can only upload 1 of your own wallpapers.
