Im using the Kenwood KAC-9104D to power my 12" L7. I have the L7 wired at 1ohm, the amp stated that it is 1ohm stable and it actually works really well with the sub, it gives it plenty of power but its getting really hot. After playing the sub at a reletively high volume for about 10 mins. the amp is burning up, i cant even hold my hand on it for over 5 seconds, is this going to evolve into a big problem? will my amp like catch my car on fire one day or what? If this is a bid deal and i need to get a new amp, what amp would you all recomend?
