I'm trying to choose between these three amps to power my polk momo 6.5 components.

I want a class AB amp as my current mini lanzar class D amp seems to get interference running components and produces a hiss. I believe it's better served powering a couple subs.

That being said, the MB Quart is really pushing my space constraints of 13"X8.5" and I'll need to re-measure to verify 9" width will fit.

Would you choose Kenwood KAC-2404S, Kicker DX200.4 or MB Quart onx4.60?

Cool, looks like boston acoutics makes an amp that will work as well 704 series. Just curious why you say boston acoustics.

Almost considered a polk amp but then read a complaint about hissing. Love the momo components but staying away from their amps to be safe.

Boston has every feature I like in a company. Bang for the buck, great customer service, USA build, foreign amp designs, reliable and nice SQ for any price range.

I've never been disappointed in a BA product and no one I've referred to them ever has either. But another amp u could look into would be the aura amps on parts express. I run one of those too. Great amps. Very underrated an VERY inexpensive since its a buyout and parts express has great customer service too.

doesn't the signal to noise ratio and amplifier construction quality denote whether or not an amplifier is 'noisy'? I would think that a higher quality, higher power Class D amplifier should easily do the job. I work with them all the time in commercial/professional audio applications and don't have these problems.

Lanzar - OPTI2X300D - Optidrive 600 Watt 2 Channel High Output Digital Mini Amplifier that's the current amp I have and I'm not happy with it for powering mids and highs. That being said I have the lanzar opti 2000D amp and it's build like a tank and has taken quite the punishment (in my other vehicle) and I'm quite happy with it powering my sub

I thought about getting an Arc audio mini amp but if anything I would expect class AB to sound better plus can't see spending $400+ on it vs. $150 for boston acoustics 704 mentioned in previous post.
