Kenwood Excelon Question...

Hey all! i was wondering if you proud owners of the excelon line run your internal amp of the head unit or not. Apperently I never ran mine and when i had to turn it on the run my little 4's there was a change. Seems more powerful. I am wondering should I turn my gains down a tad on my amps to adjust accordingly or just leave them alone?

As I have no speakers being deck-driven mine is turned off.

Mine is on and it does a great job powering my interior speakers IMO.

I have mine hooked up to the rear door speakers fo when I have passengers , but its turned off when there is nobody back there ...

amp off, i can't tell a distinct difference between on and off, tho

unless it strictly effects PEAK voltage
