Kenwood DVD Question

I put a DVD in it and no video shows up i can only hear the movie and then when i go into the Video section i cant see the video or hear anything? Anyone know what im doing wrong?

Do you have the video plug in the right RCA?If you scroll through the V.SEL key you should get a picture.

How could they install a dvd HU and not test it before it left the install bay? GL on going back and them not trying to pin the blame on you.

Yeah what about that one thread where the guy from CC posted about the "crepepy install" and sent the car out with the subs poppin everytime he closed the door.And then tried to blame it on the lady and her vehicle.

My 6019 had two buttons on the faceplate for video and display. Can't remember which one it was but one of them would put the regular menu up instead of the video. In that mode you'd get the sound and not the video.

I think you should check if they connected the wire that should be tapped into the handbrake wiring. If they didn't connected it or if it's not making good contact it will not show the video.
