Kenwood DPX701 or Clarion ADB340mp?

I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado. It has a double din opening (correct?). I am considering either a Kenwood DPX701 or Clarion ADB340mp. I have Kenwood Excelon 6.5" front and 4x6" rear speakers, a 5 channel amp and a Rockford Fosgate 12" sub. Which head unit would you get and why?
