For folks that have Kenwood video units, what are people using for their resolution & bit rate settings to get full screen video (no black bars, esp on left/right) under Normal mode?

I tried a couple combos for both DivX (via USB) as well as MP4 (on iPod), including the max resolution of 720 x 480, but always get black bars on all 4 sides under 'Normal' mode. If I change the mode to Zoom, the bars go away, but of course there is slight blurring of the video. Any tested settings that show full screen video under Normal mode, when played through USB drive or iPod?
