Kenwood DNX6980, what do i need for sirius?

the manual says i need an optional adapter but i have that square satelite antenna. i don't recall any options when ordering it? i wanna get sirius radio but they just sent me a letter to activate it in a car i sold a year ago. what do i have to do for it to work in my kenwood? please help. thanks.
