Kenwood DNX 7100 and Sirius

Is it possible for the DNX 7100 to work with whatever comes standard on a Ford 07 F150 Sirius radio or would I have to purchase an additional Kenwood receiver?

I believe that you will have to purchase a new reciever. I am not 100% sure though.

I've never heard of any interfaces for the factory Sirius or XM to aftermarket radios...it would be a good market for interface companies though....

Can you use the factory Sirius Antenna with the Sirius receiver? My car has 2 antennas, one terrestial and one satellite, I can just plug the satellite antenna into my receive, correct?
