kenwood ddx512 wallpaper?

Hello.

Does anyone know how to remove that god-awful blue wallpaper with the stars on it? When I have an album without album art and I click on the photo icon, I get that default blue background. I tried to change it with SRC+EJECT+RESET, OEM wallpaper, but it won't change.

Any suggestions, anyone?

i have a BNIB DDX512 sitting right here in front of me but i've never tried one as far as using it...wish i could help...

Yeah, you can change the default wallpaper on the main screen, but I want to get rid of the default wallpaper.

Like so...

You can enter the OEM screen (SRC+EJECT+RESET) but I'm not having any luck. Lot's of people have done it, though.

Yes. You insert a USB device with your images on it (they can be inside a folder, at the root, whatever), and then you press SRC+EJECT+RESET (all your settings will be reset, except the color scheme!!!) and then you can change the OEM image. Then the "Change Wallpaper" becomes available under the Interface Settings, where you can then change the backfround to the image you uploaded. But all that does is add a background behind the radio buttons. That blue screen is still there.
