Kenwood ddx-7017 shutoff problems

I am wondering if anybody have has this problem before. When I turn off the radio or cut the car off, the radio shutdowns then about ten seconds later the monitor start moving like it is trying to set the tilt setting all by itself . It does this at least 5-10 minutes at the most . After that when i turn it back on it resets itself to the begining of the song instead of the position it was when i shut it down. But

when I turn the car off then on while the monitor is tilting back and forth it remembers everything. I have no warranty since I bought it used . //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

It does stop though if I hit the reset button ,but I would lose all my setting

Any suggestions?

Dvd's and cd's plays fine without skipping
