First, check your gains and make sure they are set properly. Same goes if you have bass boost. After that, double check your grounds and connections to make sure they are secure. Also, check your wiring to make sure everything is wired correctly. If that doesn't fix your problem, you're either pushing your amp too hard or something is wrong with it.

 
i got the lanzar cross over x5 and it has a bass knob 2 i have the kenwood bass knob all the way up and i adjust the bass with the x5 but i dont think its the wires becuz i gave a 4 channel on my highs and mids and it never goes out. oh yeah and i got engine noise how can i fix that without a filter

That's not good. You are properly clipping your amp and sending it into protection mode. Check the sticky thread about properly setting your gains.
