keep blowing tweeters

I have a couple of posts myself on this. Are you putting a decent amount of power to them? I blew my CDT's last week. I am putting in a light bulb and thermistor that will open up if it gets hot so they won't blow. Good luck!

Adding to the advice of using the proper crossover with your tweeters you can also fuse them. The formula is: the square root of wattage divided by resistance.

Example 200w/4ohms=50, square root of 50 is 7.07. Use a 7 amp fuse on the positive lead on each tweeter. However it doesn't prevent damage from clipped signals.
