KDC-MP225 shuts off randomly

when I am driving in my car, listening to my Sirius.. my KDC-MP225 just randomly shuts off at random times and I can't turn it on until like 2 hours later. It won't let me like turn it back on. Just turns off randomly at no certain time. It seems like it does it when I change the radio stations. Like it's running out of power but it shouldn't because it just shouldn't run out of power. Any thoughts?
