I stopped liking kanye a long time ago when he started thinking he was above everyone and he somehow felt he was the greatest ever. He became smug and rude and very cocky.

Honestly he doesn’t even really get played in Chicago. Since becoming big he has not really helped anyone from Chicago as far as music goes except GLC. At least guys like Twista and others from Chicago help many other rappers by putting them on their cd’s or help produce them or hook them up with other guys in the industry.

That was last straw for me. Dudes a POS to bad nobody put him in his place when he did that to her. Id never even heard of taylor swift really until then but the lack of respect for somebody else in the music industry is a joke. I wish he would have won something so he could have gotten boo’d off stage. Maybe that is why he felt the need for attention since he knew he wasn’t winning anything.

I'm going to have to disagree with this. He's helped Lupe Fiasco by putting him on one of his singles. That was the first time a lot of people heard of him. Also helped Rhymefest by being on his first single. He also helped Twista put out some hits. And imo he helped Common out a lot as far as really breaking into the mainstream with BE. And he's also helped a bunch of people not from Chicago. Kid Cudi, Consequence, John Legend, and Mr. Hudson. And he also helped Jay-Z put out one of his best cd's to date, The Blueprint. He's one of the few popular/mainstream artists that works with newer artists. That's one of the things I respect him for. Heck if it wasn't for Kanye West most of those people featured on The Blueprint 3 wouldn't be on there.

What Sarena did wasn't anywhere near as bad as what Kanye did. Sarena was playing a sport and all people that play competitive sports get heated at some point. I understand her reaction. What Kanye did was just dumb.

ok.. so i watched the serena thing... big deal.. she got pissed off at a judge, who in her mind made a bad call, and she was down in a big time event , so out of frustration says something stupid... COMPLETELY different thing.. not even close to the amount of arrogance and disrespect as K west... That was a sporting event, and to the ppl that play sports , you would have a clue why she did what she did.. She shook the other chicks hand.. twice.. And waved to the crowd.. I dont see how that is even comparable to what nignog did
