My sister has a JVC KD-LH810 and she has a cable that she bought at best buy to go into the back of her headunit and when she played her ipod the sound isnt crisp at all, the sound is kindof distorted and doesnt sound very good at all. when she plays the ipod she has to turn it up really loud to hear it, if it was at the same level with a cd it would be way too loud. would any one happent to know Y? i have an indash tv and have an AUX cable connected to my amp, then i have a mini to rca connected to that to my ipod. im thinking i need the AUX cable for her too, im not sure. can anyone help???!!!! any info would be greatly appriciated.

Aux cable to RCA would be best choice, its the same with my head unit. I am using Cassete deck to transfer the signal, its alot louder at lower volumes than when I play CDs. But it doenst sound as good as a CD but way better than FM transmitters. Unless the thing was one of those things designed to be compaible with ipod support on the HU ur best choice would be to go with a AUX for best SQ
