JVC KD-HDR44 and She is Dead

Poquoson. VA
Alternator shorted out and took fuse-able link as well as battery with it. All is well except the Head Unit does not work. Tried a reset and no go, checked car fuses and they are fine. Where should I look next.

PS I do not have a wiring diagram for this unit.
