JVC iPod Adaptor/interface

Does anyone have any experience with the JVC iPod interface that plugs into the back of their current head units and interfaces with an iPod? What is the sound quality like? What kind of control do you have? Does it accept video from current Video iPod's?

i've got this in my JVC HU right now. sound quality is great. total control through the player. just let your ipod sit in the glove box. song selection, playlist selection, artist/genre/whatever selection is done through the player. even settings.

as far as videos go, that depends on the HU you have.

Now I'm starting to really consider getting the iPod unit over the XM one.

I dont have the JVC but the pioneer sounds very clear I use my pioneer remote to control the ipod to get to my play list and customize it I havent any lcd screens yet so I don't know how the video works I am sure the same and it depends on your download quality
