Is this head unit worth the money?

JVC ARSENAL KD-LHX500 CD MP3 TOUCH SCREEN RECEIVER

Found it when i searched for JVC Arsenal on ebay.

I know nothing about JVC stuff, and i was just wondering if it is reliable and if it sounds good. Thanks for the info.

BTW, is the Pioneer DEH-P850MP a good h/u? I cant decide between the two....
