last time i went to a beach in TX there was a billion jellyfish in the water and they closed the beach and its was like 106 degrees that day and the kids were pissed off...ended up going to Kemah Boardwalk and spending $500

You should come to South Texas, nice here. I work about 5 blocks from the beach on the Gulf.

I was actually thinking of driving down to Texas to check it out. Since I live on the prairies I would probably find rolling hills more interesting. Was in Wisconsin last fall - beautiful area...

Myrtle Beach is cool. I'm not a big fan of it, but that's probably because I live here. I like a few beaches about an hour away from there.

anything that young kids are into...they love the beach, amusement/theme parks, the zoo....i golf

if you are into caves, Southern Kentucky has LOTS of caves and hills...taking my family there next year

i also enjoyed Wisconsin...i was in the Lake Geneva, Delevan area...hit up the Dells also
