I have a 115amp alternator and am already running 50w X 2 for my fronstage.

Subwoofer is an 12" SI MAG CLAW in 2.5cuft @ 32hz.

Should I run it at 4ohms? My car runs 13.8v

my old sub bro give it all the power. it took a audioque 1200d like a champ for like 2 weeks. i would say set it for 1000 rms and call it day at 1 ohm. dont b a bi tch

I'm upset that I didn't hop on a whole set of EXL's that someone local was selling...a couple of 2 channels and a couple of 4 channels as well...for like $350. I'd run it at 4ohms unless you plan on beating on that Mag pretty good. 700 watts will still push it well and be easier on your electrical.

Its tuned to 32 hz. It's in my room off 240watts and it gets crazy loud. That's also why i'm hesitant to give it over 1200w. The enclosure is quite larger than recommended too.
