I ordered this amp for 2 12" Kicker CVR 4 duals and they are wired for 1 ohms...

They are in a boxx tuned to 36 hz, is this setup a good one?

nope, the 1500's are 1ohm stable.

the 3000's are 2 ohm stable bridged.

That amp is actually not bad. I had my doubts but one went in a truck running 1 10" L5 and it was solid sounding and powerful.

gotcha. i ran the 3000 and loved it. one amp i had where the gain was pretty much all the way down and i was still bangin hard as hell.
