Many years ago i was using a memphis 500d, stout little bastard.
Memphis actually has a really good warranty through authorized dealers. Idk how true it is, but i heard that the 2500 and 4k required professional installation with HO alt from a shop. But if that protocal was followed, theyd cover any damage. Thats what a memphis dealer told me around 2010

Fear of selling high dollar highend eqp is getting a bad rep on user error..

Been beating my woofer on this 3600 for almost 6 months. I can smoke it but if i dont clip it it will never smoke. I still wouldnt recommend 3500 knowing i personally could put a 5kw set the gains to .5% thd and it would be fine.

bro in my buddy's explorer ZVX 18 setup the apcl 1500 was way louder than an x14 brutus 2200. WAAAAY louder. Hifonics is absolute sh*t nowadays. Audiopipe is the way to go for budget power. I was ragging on them before but there's a huge difference betweet AP and hifonics in terms of output and sound quality. Hifonics cant play lows for sh*t either, there's a major roll off under 30hz. only good experience with hifonics was my bxi 1610.1d which was basically almost as loud as my brx 2400 but sounded better.

my two 2400.1 brxs couldnt even hold a candle to a DC 3.5k. even if the brutus was overrated by 600 watts aka making them 1800 watt amps should still make them louder than the dc 3.5k which is certified 3.5k dyno at 1 ohm. NOPE the DC3.5k made them feel like 1000 rms amps that couldnt play 30hz and under for the life of them.

My buddy @SynergyBrett that did direct swaps with a CAB 1600.1 and an audiopipe apcl 1500 said they were about the same in loudness and overall sound. The CAB didnt pull ahead of the audiopipe apcl 1500 at all. At 1 ohms anyways.


btw my homie wtih the ZVX clips that apcl on stock electrical on the daily, everything survives lmao.
