Just got into it with the Dog Pound B!tch....

idk she made it seem like it was a law that you couldnt and said if i didnt she was gonna call the police and write me some citations
your gonna let some trailor trash ***** have authority over you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif ?

i woulda told the ***** to call the cops , even if i am in the wrong all there going to do is explain the laws and be about there buisness

i would of told that ***** to call the cops. theres a law here in nc that says if a dog is a certain age or so big it has to be chained up and just cant run around where ever it wants too. i never let my dogs just run around but sometimes they get out of the door and take off.

yeah im not sure what the laws are about tags. i need to get some for my dogs. but that ***** prob just seen the dog was a pit mix and thought she would be able to get rid of it somehow. im not sure how the laws are changing in texas but theres a few places in NC that ive heard doesnt allow pitbulls anymore. she could of just been on a powertrip for revenge on pitbulls or something.

I have my dog outside with me all the time, almost all of the time not even on a leash. Whos to say you cant have your dog in the front yard?
There is actually a leash law in my area. I still never use it. Hell she is 14 years old and on her last legs and we never once since she was 1 year old had her on a leash unless we take her for a walk around the neighborhood and hell half the time I take it off and she walks next to me. I also let her out for like an hour at a time and she stays right in the yard. Police have driven by and never said a thing. Heck a couple times they have stopped just to pet her being she is a German Shephard and all the police dogs they have are the same breed.

Personally I say to hell with the Queen B and do what you want. That is unless your cops aren't as cool as where I lived.

It will totally depend on the area you live in. Some places have strict laws about animals. In my neighborhood you have to have a permit to have a yard sale, a bike license (bicycle) and your trashcans have to be in before a certain time after being dumped.

I'm not sure what animal laws we have, but my Akita's are aggresive, so we never leave them in the front yard.

wtf. that sounds kinda like my town. you cant ride bikes after a certain time. and they ***** and raise hell if you dont mow your grass or you have old cars just setting there.......that is unless your a old rich neighborhood ******* that has lived here all of their lives or are involved in the high school football somehow.

Write the incident down so your facts are in order. Include a picture of the dog and as it was secured on the porch.

Send a copy of both to her supervisor making a complaint regarding her abuse of authority. However before making any complaints make sure you are up to date and compliant with all local dog laws...shots, vaccinations and licensing. If you are not up to date shut up and consider yourself lucky she did not issue you a citation.

Also you may want to make sure your home owners insurance, or parents if applicable, allow your dog. There are insurance companies that will cancel your policy, or may increase your expense, if you have a dog on the "dangerous" list and/or will not cover any claims as they pertain to the dog...bites, etc.
