Since it doesn't look like damage was too bad to either of you vehicles did you ask if you could pay outta your pocket instead of having through to go through insurance. It could actually save you $$ in the long run.

also, did you ever find out what went wrong?... maybe something with the brakes since it doesn't look like you have terrible weather down their.

yup, the car runs fine, the radiator was just pushed it. We had it just checked and the radiator is fine, aint leaking. The bracked for hte front was destroyed though, gonna have to go to the junkyard and find meh some parts

well long story short:
went to leave route 1

exited the exit

changed to middle lane

then changed to right lane

i see the red lights of stopped cars

i proceed to slow down

car does not slow down

i slam the brakes

abs takes in place of my brakes

my car began to slide forward without a hint of slowing down (to me at least)

i hit this girl who just moved into town with a brand new Hyundai Elantra

The elantra suffered minimal damage a few bumps, scratches.

on the other hand, not did mine:

sigh, right now finding a second job and getting into the ebay thing.

do yourself a favor, if the girl is attractive, call her up and ask her if she wants to discuss it over dinner. if she is your age, might be the best thing you could do. and not just "fix the car problem" you two might hit it off. its weird things like this that make life interesting. sucks sometimes, but hell. maybe you hit her for a reason.

:This reminds me last year when i was down in jersy. Driving along doing about 85-90 running with traffic, I see a car dart 2 lanes over to the right infront of me and cuts another car off. The car that got cut off doing 85-90 as well. Didn 3 360's, and cut 2 lanes to the right right up the side of the road. I hit the breaks, jump right behind the car and I am like they must of sht them selves. Scary sht, well fine chick jumps out of the car looks at me and my cousin. Checks her car out as we walk up to her, we got the guys plate as well for her. But she starts screaming you see that Fin Azzhole, motha fuka Im gona slit his throat etc. And I am like //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/scared.gif.f134e57c6c93ccd0f15aa5ac32c7d4a0.gif so she says thanks etc. talk for a min and make sure shes cool not in shock etc cause that sht was scary. So she jumps in the car and goes to chase the guy down.
