Yeah I had some *** shoot my window out with a bb gun I would whoop his *** but they would hit me with aggrevated assault and make me pay his hospital bills and I don't need bullshit going back and forth I know these ****** would call the cops too so put up surveillance cameras and hope to catch it on tape. But in your situation I would not pay for his car the worst they could do is community service or serve a little time in jail it's not a felony to scratch paint so I wouldn't have paid nothing.Word of the wise don't get caught.
