it seems to be happening latly. I don't get why either. I think with the amount of money people spend on the equipment through DEALERS, they should get done faster, Im sure competitors get their equipment fixed pretty fast if they ever have problems.

Well here's an update, Monday was supposed to be a deadline on whether I keep waiting or if I get a new amp or not, and I wasn't able to get in contact with him until today, and I guess I will just have to wait longer. I called CIA to see if they had it, they dont, I then tried amp repair center.com, and they said they didnt even know they made a 120.1.

I called bob and talked to him personally, which he said amprepaircenter has the amplifier, yet I told him they said they never had one. bob told me he was going to call them and find out what was going on, and i got another deadline, in 15 days if the amp is not fixed yet, he will ship me out a new amp, I even asked him for his word on that.

I later called amprepaircenter again and talked to scott one more time. he said that he talked to bob briefly about the situation. he said they might have it but just have it in the pc as a 150.1 instead of a 120.1. he also said AB still might have it as well and just had a shipping error, although the repair center is only like 40 minutes away from AB. I gave scott my info to call me in a few days when he knows more.

This is getting really annoying, and in 15 days, I am personally calling Bob if I dont have the amp back and I will find out if it's fixed or not. if its not and I have to continue to wait, I will just get my money back from the dealer. pretty shitty on the companies part IMO

i tried, and Bob said he wanted to find out what the problem with the amp is. I see no problem with that, but why not send me a new amp in the meantime??? I just will never buy anything from AB again, whether its subs, amps, etc. the guys at CIA and amprepaircenter were very helpful and very nice though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

the only thing is I really like the dealer. I don't want to have to do that to him. He's helped me out alot with this situation and There's really nothing more he can do. I think IMO bob should be the one refunding me though, not the dealer.

i think im going to give a call tomorrow. i dont have enough time for testing if i wait this 15-20 days that he stated. if i wait that period, and the time it takes to ship back to me, I wont have it back until around the 2nd of april, and i will be out of town the 5th and 6th of april at the state bowling tournament, and i have a meca show the 12th. and with being a full time student and worker that leaves no time for testing to build and test a few different boxes within that time. Im going to call and talk to him again in the afternoon.

It doesnt surprise me, both CIA and amprepaircenter are incompetent. Ive had to threaten both of them with lawsuits just to get my broken equipment back.
